All too often the challenges we face in life can feel insurmountable. When our attempts to overcome these challenges don’t work out as we’d hoped, it can start to feel impossible to imagine things ever changing. Finding yourself in a situation that feels hopeless doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with you; it simply means you’re human. All of us struggle to overcome life’s obstacles, but none of us are meant to do this alone.

I have experience in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, with challenges including depression and suicidal thoughts, anxiety/panic, OCD, PTSD, life stage transitions, spiritual trauma, and more. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, and will work with you to create a plan that is unique to your personality and needs.

If you’re feeling stuck, I would love to talk about what it might mean for us to work together. My hope is that I can join you in building a space where we replace shame and hopelessness with curiosity, acceptance, and laughter.

He specializes in young males struggling with addiction, relationships, legal issues and past trauma.
