As your Therapist, I take a strength-based approach to therapy, integrating research-backed methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills. Life can be challenging, especially when unexpected stressors arise, and my goal is to help you navigate those moments with confidence and resilience.
I specialize in supporting individuals managing anxiety, depression, social skills challenges, and grief. Additionally, I focus on helping clients gain a deeper understanding of their emotions and develop effective strategies for emotional regulation. When working with children, I find that involving parents in the process can be incredibly beneficial. Having additional support outside of sessions helps reinforce progress and provides the child with a more consistent and nurturing environment for growth.
My belief is that therapy is most effective when clients take an active role in the process.
