Annelise Gaetano, MA, LMFT

Annelise is an Licensed Marriage Family Therapist who has received her Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology from California Lutheran University. Coming from a background of working with children, adolescents, couples, and adults, Annelise is able to bring an integrative approach to each session. She works from a relational approach to help client’s identify coping skills and mindfulness techniques for dealing with anxiety, depression, and transitional difficulties. Annelise also works from a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy background to help clients better understand their interpersonal relationships and build on their ability to regulate emotions. Annelise is currently a Trainee in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and works with clients to help them to reprocess and cope with traumatic events. Annelise enjoys all things Disney, and having family game nights in her spare time.
