I am an AMFT. I have helped children on the Spectrum and with ADHD learn coping skills and strategies through Play Therapy and Behavior Intervention. My experience also includes working with adults who experience symptoms associated with Autism, Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders and Trauma.
While there is no treatment modality that works for everyone, I incorporate strategies from CBT, Object Relations, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy . Additionally, Mindfulness and a Person-Centered Approach is integrated based on your personal needs and goals. I am bilingual in Spanish and embrace meeting individuals from all backgrounds.
